Heavenly Valentine Chocolate Truffels
*Will make 10 to 15 truffels depending on the seize
Ingredients
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 4 Tbsp cream
- 20 grams of cocao powder

*Note.
You can also coat the truffels with hazelnut crumbs, coconut or white chocolate sause instead of the cocao powder or add orange zest to the mixture to give it a citrus twist!

Ingredients
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 4 Tbsp cream
- 20 grams of cocao powder
Directions
- Place the chocolate in a heat resistant bowl and melt au bain marie or melt in the microwave. If you use the microwave make sure to stir often. Get off the heat when the choclote has melted.
- Warm up the cream and add to the molten choclate.
- Take a mixer and mix the chocolate and cream mixture to infuse with air to make it nice and light.
- Place in the refridgerator for an hour.
- When cooled down take from the refridgerator and form chocolate balls by hand.
- Rolld the balls in the cocao powder and Presto! There are your chocolate truffels.
